My standard hours are 6am - 4pm, Monday to Saturday. Bookings outside these hours are possible by request, though additional fees may apply.

The duration varies for each job, as I always spend extra time on areas that need it.
A rough estimate for cleaning a standard four-bedroom carpet or a four-seater couch is around 2 hours.
Split system air conditioners take about 1 hour each, as do most mattresses. -
Drying times vary depending on the job, weather, and fibre type.
Most carpets can be walked on immediately and will be fully dry in around 3 hours. Couches typically take 3-4 hours to dry, and air conditioners can be used immediately after cleaning. Mattresses are case by case and vary greatly from 1-6 hours.

I am happy to assist you with moving a few small items, such as lightweight couches or dining tables, where required. I aim to be as accommodating as possible, recognising that everyone's circumstances are different. Large, heavy, fragile, or difficult-to-move items, such as beds and TV units, are generally best left for me to clean around or to be moved prior to my arrival.
For the smoothest, quickest service, I recommend clearing the carpets as much as possible before I arrive.

I never leave a job until I have completed the clean to the best of my ability.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your clean, I will return within 7 days and complete the clean again free of charge. I am proud to say that to date, this has never been required!

I do my best to remove all stains and traffic patterns, however, some stains are caused by substances that will permanently discolour fibres. Other fibres may be damaged due to other factors such as heavy traffic or even sunlight exposure.
I will always try to identify any stains that may not come out before starting and will clearly advise you of this.

This is entirely up to you. You are welcome to be present during the cleaning, but it’s not required. Please notify me in advance if you will not be present so that arrangements can be made for property access and job payment.

Absolutely! Same day call outs may incur an additional fee and are available via phone only (0411 620 134).

Up to 12sq/m which is slightly larger than the average Australian sized bedroom. Large lounge/dining areas are considered as two rooms in most instances.
Oversized rooms may incur a small additional fee. -
Absolutely, Kal's Carpet Cleaning is fully insured to industry standard.

Payment can be made by cash, EFTPOS or credit card on the day.
Post paid invoicing is only available when previously arranged.
